Conflicts in relationships are inevitable. Churches are not immune. Edward Rowell in Leading Your Church through Conflict and Reconciliation puts it this way, “Wherever two or three are gathered, conflict is in the midst of them.”  

Most people, including most Christians, are not raised in an environment where conflict is handled in a healthy manner. Therefore, there is a great need to learn how to deal with conflict God’s way. This is a critical piece in the disciple-making strategy of a local church. 

The BEST Life Ministry “Resolving Conflicts and Restoring Relationships” is an informational, inspirational, and practical 3-hour seminar designed to be a catalyst in helping Christ-followers and/or church leaders handle conflict in a healthy manner.

• a biblical foundation regarding relational conflict and restoration will be established. 
• conflict development and progression will be investigated. 
• a biblical pattern and practical application for conflict management will be explored. 
• four biblical realities about Christ-followers and how they relate to relationship restoration will be given. 
• three biblical necessities to restoring relationships will be reviewed. 
• transformational reflection questions will be considered. 

Conflict can be a very divisive thing. Having an outsider come in and teach these elements can be very helpful as it will not be viewed as reactionary or personal.
